What we collect
Only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, and an email address if you choose to give one. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you submit it.
What we do with it
We use your details to confirm the order, arrange payment, and deliver the goods. We share your name, address and mobile number with the transport company carrying your order, because they cannot deliver without them. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and licensing rules require, then delete them.
Tracking your order
Order tracking asks for your order number and mobile number together, and neither is ever placed in a web address. The link on your confirmation page contains a long random token, so it cannot be guessed — but treat it like a receipt and do not share it publicly.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or emailing the contacts on our contact page.
